Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with OE HOME GLOBAL LLC. This Shipping Policy applies to all furniture orders shipped within the United States, compliant with 49 CFR Part 375 (household goods transportation regulations) and state consumer protection laws.

1. Shipping Eligibility

We ship to all contiguous U.S. states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). For oversized furniture, additional restrictions may apply based on delivery location access.

2. Carriers & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers (UPS, USPS, and LTL freight providers) to ensure safe delivery of your furniture:

 Small furniture (e.g., side tables, stools): 3–7 business days via UPS/Ground Advantage (USPS).

 Oversized/bulky furniture (e.g., sofas, beds): 7–14 business days via LTL freight or specialized furniture carriers.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on furniture size, weight, and delivery location, shown at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over [Amount] (contiguous U.S. only). Additional fees apply for:

 Oversized/heavy items (dim weight surcharges may apply).

 White-glove delivery (assembly, inside placement) – optional add-on at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can also track your order via our Shopify store dashboard. All shipments include basic insurance (up to $200) for damage or loss during transit.

5. Damaged/Delayed Orders

If your furniture arrives damaged, missing parts, or delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Support Email] with your order number and photos of the item/packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund per U.S. consumer protection guidelines.

6. Additional Notes

Furniture requires special packaging to prevent damage – we use sturdy, protective materials for all shipments. We do not ship to PO boxes for oversized furniture. This policy is subject to change; updates will be posted on our store.
